A: Of course! Both teenage and pre-teens need skin care treatments too. Children of all ages enjoy being pampered by relaxing spa services.

Q: Do you have treatments for men?
A: We offer the same elegant skin/body care treatments, and waxing treatments to our gentlemen as well. Men deserve to be pampered too. More than ever, men are becoming more aware of taking care of their skin. Services men enjoy include: body massage, facials, waxing and foot massage.

Q: What if I want to bring or refer my friends to Swan Day Spa?
A: For every new client you refer, he/she will receive complimentary amenity use with any facial, massage or body treatment AND as a thank you for your confidence in our service, you also receive 100 reward points. There is no limit to how much points you earn.
Q: What if I'm late to my appointment?
A: If you are up to 15 minutes late we can still provide your service, however, you may not receive the entire service that you were scheduled for. Together, we will determine what portion of your service we may not have time to complete. However, you will be charged in full for the service scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. In this case we will charged a 25% rescheduling fee. If we are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled visit, you will receive your service 25% OFF.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you do not contact us to cancel 24-hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged 50% for the missed service. If we miss your scheduled appointment due to lack of organization your next service will be 25% OFF.
Q: Payment Methods?
A: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept gift Certificate from affiliated partners. Note: Series, coupons, group rates, memberships and gratuity are not valid with affiliated partner's gift card and gift certificate. All gift card and gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and the total value of third-party certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption. Any unused balance will be converted to credit in the file. * Any promotion and specials can not combine with 3rd party gift certificates (SpaFinder, SpaWeek, SpaWish)
A: It is customary to tip, and the usual amount is 15 to 20 percent of the value of the service. Gratuities are welcome not just for the obvious reason but also because they're seen as a sign of gratitude for the therapist's excellence in service. However, a small tip or no tip at all can also be a way to communicate dissatisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied in anyway please also email our spa manager at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can improve and exceed your expectation in the future.
Q: Return Policy?
A: Products may be returned within 7 days for a full refund with original receipt, and with unopened packaging only. Return Policy does not apply to All Gift Cards and Gift Certificates, which are non-refundable.
